Chapter 2

As Luo Fei delves deeper, he discovers that all recent victims had been involved in the original case eighteen years ago. But something is different—this time, the public is afraid, not cheering. The new Eumenides is more ruthless, executing victims without the illusion of justice. A hacker named “Ghost” reaches out to Luo Fei, claiming to have insider knowledge. Before they can meet, Ghost is found dead, his computer destroyed. The police uncover a message left for Luo Fei: Stay out of this, or die next.
